About Me

My Design Journey

Ever since I was a child, I was interested in art and throughtout my school years, I would often make drawings for others. After high school, I attended a prestigious art school, the Rhode Island School of Design, where I majored in illustration and graphic design.

After graduating, my first paid job was to design a simple website for a friend of my father. Although it was quite a different experience from the simple drawings and paintings I was used to, I successfuly completed the project and realized this was something would enjoy doing as a career. Later on, I was hired as a graphic and web designer for a government agency in Washington D.C. where I gained further experience and improved my skills.

As the years progressed, the jobs I was tasked with became more and more complex. In order to keep up, I had to further my education. I enrolled in an online certificate program at the University of San Diego and received my Certificate of UX Design a couple years later. With the skills and knowledge I've learned, I am motivated by the endless possibilities that lie ahead in the field of design.
